Crossbeam Communications is run by a small team of passionate Christian professionals led by Elisabeth Carter. We’re proud to be female-owned, flexible and family-friendly.
Elisabeth Carter

Elisabeth Carter is the Director and Founder of Crossbeam Communications. She is an expert in her field, having worked in communications, marketing and fundraising with dozens of Christian organisations for over a decade. She started Crossbeam in 2021.
Elisabeth lives in Sydney with her husband, daughter and two cats. She attends Macquarie Anglican Church and holds a degree in Media and Communications from the University of Sydney.
Ngaire Buckley

Ngaire Buckley is a Senior Communications Specialist and Account Manager at Crossbeam Communications. She has expertise in communications strategy, content writing, digital marketing and more, having honed her skills across work in various sectors including non-profit, technology, education, church and ministry.
Ngaire is based in the Blue Mountains where she attends Springwood Anglican Church. She holds a Bachelor of Communication (Public Relations & Media) from the University of Technology Sydney.
Emma Moxham

Emma Moxham is a Communications Specialist at Crossbeam Communications. She is particularly passionate about and skilled in social media marketing and content writing. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Human Resources) from the University of Wollongong.
Emma is based in Sydney and attends Park Road Anglican Church, Carlton.
Georgia Condie

Georgia Condie is a talented communications professional with particularly gifts in graphic design. She has worked in design and communications for Christian organisations, churches, and nonprofits for a decade (including plenty of contract work with Crossbeam before she joined the team!)
Georgia attends Anglican Churches Springwood where her husband is an assistant minister. She holds a Bachelor of Visual Communication from the University of Technology Sydney and has one son.
Rachel Kiujian

Rachel Kiujian is a Communications Specialist at Crossbeam Communications. She is passionate about storytelling and content marketing, with extensive experience in the non-profit sector.
Rachel is based in Lake Macquarie where she attends Lake Mac Evangelical Church with her husband and three kids. She holds a degree in Communications from the University of Newcastle and a Graduate Diploma of Divinity from Sydney Missionary & Bible College.
Lucy Marrett

Lucy Marrett is a writer, author and Communications Specialist at Crossbeam Communications. She is passionate about the written word and telling people's stories. She has worked as a content producer, journalist, marketing manager, and with not for profit organisations.
Lucy lives in Sydney with her husband and two daughters, and attends St James Anglican Church in Turramurra where her husband is the youth minister. She holds a degree in Creative Writing and English Literature from the University of Wollongong.
